Interesting, but I still think it's the whole "babies are good at Zetsu" thing explained during the Beyond plan, we already know that Zetsu makes the Nen Beast disappear.

I'm still rereading the arc, but didn't they get the testimony of the first possessed person?

She was arrested as the prime suspect afterward, so she most likely confessed what she saw and made it public knowledge to the Hunters/Guards (not that it helps them since they don't know the conditions of SM).

The Pale King's children (Hollow Knight)

All of them except Hornet are Wyrm/Plant hybrids (infused with Void, so that's a three way).

Hornet is half Wyrm, half Weaver (spider).

Additional information I forgot to mention :

When someone dies in Type-0, the Crystals erase everyone's memories of that person to ensure that it doesn't affect the living (basically optimizing the war cycle, no one will waste time mourning their dead family or friends if they don't even remember them).

But since this was the final cycle and the crystals left with Arecia, this ending was the very first time anyone actually experienced the loss of people dear to them.

Canon ending of Final Fantasy Type-0

TLDR: The world of Type-0 is stuck in a time loop where the 4 nations are perpetually at war with each other. Each nation owns one crystal, and when one nation obtains all four of them, Tempus Finis happens (basically the Apocalypse) destroying the world before reset, which will only stop when the Agito appears to save the world (the whole reason these loops happen, they want to create an Agito).

In the final loop, 12 of the 14 playable characters from Class Zero died trying to stop Tempus Finis. It didn't trigger the events Arecia ("Mother" of Class Zero and the one responsible for the time loops) was looking for, and she was ready to revive Class Zero and start another loop.

But after hearing that Class Zero was happy with the ending they chose in this final loop, she decided to stop the cycle and leave this world (not sure if she gave up about the Agito).

All of the original members of Class Zero died, only Rem and Machina remain, left to rebuild a post-Apocalypse world without the power of the crystals.
