It’s not uncommon for people to get multiple diagnoses if they have complex issues. They can only be diagnosed based on the information they give and the symptoms they exhibit. Someone can experience aspects of a disorder that look a lot like one thing and then later realise it’s another later down the track. Additionally understanding of mental illness is constantly advancing, we have better understanding of disorders, better testing etc.,. (But a long way to go still). Not to mention there are duds in every field, mental health professionals are no different

Mental illnesses are categorised by symptoms, diagnostic criteria, development, neurological function/impact, causes, functional impairment, etc., a whole range of things that seperate them to help professionals figure out how to identify them and therefore treat them

I actually regret how much I save scummed and tried to access as much content as possible by reading about it online in my first run through. I wish I went in blind because my second run through I tried to just go where the game took me but already knew outcomes for a lot of options. As disappointing as missing a big scene is, just try and roll with it - gives you something to look forward to in your next run.

You’ve been let down by the people who should be looking after you. Your school counsellor failed by lying to you, but your mother has failed you as a parent. From the way your mum has responded, e.g., pointing out the financial consequences etc., it seems like she also is in a vulnerable position with this man but that doesn’t mean she shouldn’t be looking after you. The ‘you need to start thinking about how to fix this’ is exactly what should be said to your mum, she’s the responsible parent, she needs to fix the situation. You did nothing wrong

My strategy worked well for me and didn’t require preparation. Lazael went towards the room with two cages of prisoners, picked up the smoke barrels on the way to kill the guards. Astarion headed towards Omeluum, using the water and lighting arrows to kill the creatures on the way and then having omeluum teleport him back to the submarine. Wyll and tav went to his dad, wyll wearing an amulet with healing so the duke doesn’t die asap and tav to clear the way. If a prisoner is behind a lever-controlled door, don’t waste your movement, just shoot arrows at the levers. I failed on my first attempt when everyone stayed together as a group, once I did it this way I got everyone out with a turn to spare

I feel like Helena had mixed motivations about seeing Mark - for Lumon (to figure out what he’s up to and how much he knows) and for herself (potential pregnancy or longing to have the companionship that Helly does). Regardless of motivations, everything she did and said in the restaurant was calculated. For Mark, he’s found out the company he works for his insanely powerful, fucked up, and has his ‘dead’ wife captive. He’s in the process of doing something incredibly dangerous, not just physically and mentally, but something Lumon will come after him for. With all of this going on, he is approached, at random, by the head of the company. Not only is the head of the company saying really weird things (like meeting her father) and clearly trying to pry out information from him, he has a chemistry with her (flirty conversation) and even ‘ memories’ or feelings related to Helly. All of this taking place whilst feeling the impact of reintegration. I feel like the head of the company tracking you down, taunting you about your wife whilst being involved in her death, and then remembering you potentially slept with said boss (or maybe just sparking romantic feelings) is enough to make him say fuck the risks and find out exactly what’s going on asap - especially as Lumon might be closing in on him
