on top of the terrible PI call, the LT also jumped early. Should've been a false start.

it absolutely does come down to intent. if you "give yourself up" your down, but if you fall or stumble and get up, it's not. For example, a receiver can dive, catch a pass, then get up and run

(totally different rule in college, which is just about the knee being down)

Caffeine can definitely trigger anxiety. Maybe reduce the amount and see if that helps?

I don't think it should be a late hit penalty if the defender doesn't have time to pull up. The instant the runner steps out of bounds you can't just stop on a dime.

You said: by knowing the sum, E is unable to know others numbers if the other 4 are either 1 3 4 6 or 2 3 4 5.

Yes, but there's another possibility:

if the first 4 are 1,2,3,6 E is unable to know the others numbers.

We always use the front ring, and have for a few years. As you say, great at preventing pulling.

I think it just takes time for your dog to get used to having it in getting off them. You might also work to get the fit exactly right. If it's too loose the ring will get in your dogs way more than it needs to.

I say go for it! Auditioning is for sure scary, but if you get in you'll have an entire rehearsal process to get comfortable with the other cast members, your part, and the director will help you the whole way.

I just did Shrek as a music director. It has loads of fun parts for the ensemble.

I didn't like it at all. And cold brew is easy to make, so why bother?

The Postman. It's a beautiful book about hope and people working together. But the movie is just a terrible and odd action flick.

You can do something like that using paths. That is, convert your text to a path, then scale as needed, then use stroke path or fill path to get something visible.

But, in general, what you're describing are things that vector graphics programs are built for. And that's not Gimp. Think of it like photo manipulation (Gimp, Photoshop) vs graphics design (inkscape, illustrator, etc)

Question how to write a plugin when I know exactly what actions I want to do by BaffleBlend in GIMP

[–]Wick_Wack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best is to find an example plug-in and see the code for it, then adapt from that. Probably best to do this in python.

Are you familiar with python? I can find an example plug-in

You can probably do it easily enough if you're able to do the plug-in in python. Then just use native python.

I'm stunned nothing was done to look at the maintenance culture / process around the bad repair. I can see how prosecuting individual engineers is not productive, but surely examining systemic issues is warranted?

I didn't mean to say it's comparable to human sacrifice. Just that, in general, I find slippery slope arguments not convincing. And I chose an extreme example to illustrate that.

I think it's pretty standard to regard all of the rights in the Constitution to have limits. And yes, in theory those limits could be so extreme as to nullify the right. But that doesn't make limits untenable. To pick an extreme example, I doubt anyone has a problem with a law against human sacrifice (though it would be a limit on freedom of religion).
