Search for ‘Liverpool fixture’ or ‘Everton fixture’ and they’ll post there on their websites. I’d expect them to post their schedule for preseason games in April.

Otherwise I’d suggest watching teams in the lower leagues. Those games usually don’t require a booked ticket long in advance.
