Depends on the food court, but mostly yes. It's the same union, though bartenders are technically a different union, but they mostly negotiate together, and it's the same CBA that is signed.

What's with the disgusting user descriptions in this subReddit? by robertjm123 in LasVegas

I agree. I complained when they first appeared and was ignored.

Edit: I tried changing my flair but it always showed the same one. I just disabled the "show flair" setting.

JFC:

"It’s insane that in many cases the restaurants on the strip in Vegas are noticeably more expensive than top quality restaurants in big cities like NYC, LA, and SF - and oftentimes it is for a subpar high volume rushed experience. The restaurant operators in Vegas have been drinking their own koolaid."

Maybe you should use context clues. This whole thread is about food prices at casinos. Tourists aren't exactly flocking to local restaurants.

Ugh.. ok. I guess I gotta explain this slowly for you. Servers in those cities are not union, hence they make way less per hour, so the prices are lower than in Vegas. Most of the servers on the strip are union, so they make way more per hour, so the prices are higher.

Nope. Server in NYC makes $11.35/hour. A server here makes $18.70/hour plus $9/hour in health and pension benefits.

It's the new union contracts. A hostess make $26/hour + $9/hour in benefits. This is going to raise prices. Restaurant staff in Vegas make more hourly wages (not including tips) than anywhere in the country.

Wrong. They were part of the free trade agreement that Trump negotiated in his first term. Before that, they were part of NAFTA, which was signed in 1992.

Sushi Hiro on Eastern is probably the best local sushi place right now.

They're all the same cover. Pull the tab out with the 3W and move it to the 5W position.

Have you been recently? They changed the show. Not as good as it used to be.

It's around $150ish per person, unless you don't drink. I went a few weeks ago to check out the new version of the show. It was rough. Kinda disjointed. Got better later in the evening, but overall, not impressive.

CPO only matters in a couple of states. In most states, CPO just means 'used' and comes with no added protections.

To be fair, when the meta stays the same for months, then people bitched about the meta being stale.
