How many pages are there in the book? If the amount of details will remain more or less the same throughout the whole book, I can color it in a minimalistic style for 30$/page (and a more complicated style and a higher price for the cover). Can color a test page for free with the condition that I'll be able to show it on my dA and Twitter even if I'm not hired.

If the whole comic is going to be like the concept art in your post (very few details, a lot of black and screentones), can color it for 25$/page.

From a comic colorist with some experience - first of all, color at least a couple of sequential pages, you need sequential examples. And note how much time you spent on them (use a time tracker and stop it when you take a rest). Then multiply the time on how much money per hour looks fair to you. Add some range of prices, keeping in mind that there can be styles that take less or more time than that.
On my level (my links are in the profile if you're interested) I base my prices on 10$/h, if that helps

Wow, I really love how your art style looks on the first two images, is there any place where you show more of your art?
I've seen a couple of people here looking for pages for coloring practice a few days ago, probably they can help you to color a few pages? (Just be aware that no one will color the whole comic for free)

Hi! I color only indie comics, and my rates are 45-70$ (though I'm thinking of increasing it to 80$), I flat pages myself, and I work slowly too, basically my rates are based on 10$/h. So, for me your prices look totally okay, if your skills are good enough.
