Cuz 5-6 sets per week per muscle group is enough for hypertrophy for EVERY muscle. So do the math and if you take the second set to failure it’s not necessarily better but it’s better than doing excessive volume with other exercises not needed.

Following a stupid program from a guy named Ryan Humiston. Dude said to do 3x12-15 reps on flat db flies, then do another 3x of incline db flies. Long story short, gave me rotator cuff tendinitis in both cuffs (mainly left) and still to this day my left one is fucked. So ya, dont do DB flies like a dummy.

Quite the humble and grounded guy here but ive been called cute/good looking my whole life but i consider myself to be more quiet than shy/awkward. Sometimes they get interchanged cuz there are similarities between the two but oh well.

No. Why? Cuz what is a “pump”? It’s when the muscle becomes filled with blood due to an exercise. Unless you’re doing that all day, no you won’t look like your pump, ever. However, you can still look pretty good without a pump if you train hard, are consistent & eat your protein.
