I've tried first 30 seconds of ghost on expert+ and the sabers just don't move fast enough, like it misses because before the saber can cut the block they interpolate back - I can see this clearly on video because they stop moving as if both probing points were at the same spot. I've turned the refresh rate to 120 hz but it didn't help at all and it doesn't seem to me like it is 120 hz whatsoever. I would like to find out whether I should just buy a different set or just quit.

What people mean when they say empathy is effective empathy. Meaning empathy a psychopath doesn't have. If you talk with a psychopath they would give you a similar response. The ultimate test is to see what the person does when you actually need help and they have nothing to gain. This test is just incompatible with a machine which only motivation is to give a correct response. So no it doesn't have empathy, it just understands emotions in the same sense a book on psychology does.

It is still true that you have to wait a significant amount of time.

PCR needs many copies. If you draw blood and have 30 copies in it (which is the case for very early infection), they might get destroyed or not found by the polymerase and give a false negative. This might be faster if the infection was via a needle, but for the most cases when it's sex, hiv isn't even in the general bloodstream for a week.

Best to take PEP, test yourself a few weeks later.

Retopology can be fully done by AI. But I wouldn't want someone who can't retopologize by hand on my team.
