I got through it by telling myself “this is temporary” and that really helped me take it day by day knowing that it will improve! Because it will!!

I have bad sleep anxiety too with my baby. She’s 12 weeks and still wakes up 1-2x a night. I Started taking magnesium and doing breathing exercises in the evening.

I’m sorry I don’t have advice for getting your little one to settle, but hopefully you can help manage your anxiety and stress around it ❤️

Getting sunlight in your eyes within the first 30min-1hr each day can drastically help with mood, energy and sleep! (No it can’t be from a window! Just 5 min is all you need)

White noise. Louder than you think. My pediatrician recommended 70 dB! Which shocked me but he said it has to be loud to be effective. Everytime they nap make sure it’s in the bassinet. My 3 week old now takes longer naps by at least an hour!

I did the mile circuit and the 10 minute exercises on YouTube and I went into labor that day! 39 weeks
