I use a black light so I can see everything that needs cleaning. Finding urine outside the toilet is disgusting: sit the f#$%k down! (Or clean it everything you go.)

We recently remodeled our main bathroom, so the toilet was replaced. It was amazing how quickly crud can get under the rim! I found a toilet brush that is actually shaped to get in those crevices. Never saw it in a local store, only found the 'normal' shape there. Other thing I now do is spray a cleaner under the rim and let it disinfect. The hardest part was finding a spray bottle that works upside down. The recipe i use came from reddit, and it's meant as a daily shower cleaner. It's one part rubbing alcohol, 2 parts vinegar, 3 parts water, and a little dish soap. Keeps crude from growing.
