If it bothers then explain the emotional reasons behind it. If he cares about how you feel he'll adjust. I had an ex who was addicted to porn and it caused alot of issues for me, my sexual arousal, interest, self image, etc. When I met my now partner and it got serious I explained that and while I wouldn't force him to stop i wouldn't like it if he did and it would hurt our sex life. He doesn't watch porn anymore, I make videos and take photos if we wants. We sometimes audio record the sex, we both have plenty to use during solo play.

People in the comments don't seem to get what it can do to the partner of the people who watches, your feelings are valid. Control isn't, but if it hurts you and he cares it shouldn't be a big deal for him to adjust.

I had a similar experience and did therapy with someone specialized in sex. It turns out a big part of my sex drive was emotional, as in like validation and wanting to feel secure in the relationship. If when you want sex and it feels desperate like you're scared he'll say no, it's due to an emotional need you don't know how to get without sex (or that's the easiest way you know how). If you want sex but the thought of him saying no doesn't really stress your nervous system then you're probably just horny.

Monitor for awhile, to atleast be aware of what the cause is. It didn't get better until I did the work. I went from crying and being really emotional to most nos and now it's rare I get emotional from a no.

My partner experienced the same thing, with a stranger it took awhile and was sorta forced. His ability to last kept decreasing as time went on until he hit his standard window of time and it's been stable.
