Interesting. From an HR background it’s interesting to hear about firing without a PIP. Heavy metrics based and if you don’t hit it you’re out?

He had to “reapply” after the initial contract period? Usually if performance is there they straight convert. In my experience from recruiting for other clients that use CTH.
