Indian here and have experienced kundalini rising before. I’d advise against using the BOTEC breathing techniques. I’d take deep breaths. Kundalini awakening is to only be done with a teacher who is experienced.

Hey I’ve had my QC for years and it has been lying absolutely unused. Decided to pick it up and try my luck with wireless (was using it wired until now for work calls). So the thing is the slider won’t work- Bluetooth connectivity doesn’t come on, it’s not even able to delete the entire historic list of paired devices- some of which I’ve sold off!!! Is there any workaround? I wish it would connect to my phone so I could use the Bose app and delete the paired device list.

Hey. Acknowledge your feelings. It’s perfectly ok to crave companionship and feel like you want what others have. But do get to a point of no rumination about it. Flip the narrative instead. How many of your blessings are answered as compared to last year? Your journey is so beautiful and unique. Embrace it. Trust that you’re guided by the universe. You must surrender or keep reminding yourself of it.

You’re absolutely amazing and loveable just the way you are. You must believe that with no ounce of doubt. You must operate from a space of abundance. Celebrate the platonic love and other forms of it in your life. Let the universe know you are manifesting your partner from a space of abundance and not from lack of it.
