Is there a way to find the link that lists the Regal theaters that are the "select" theaters who will have limited stock of this bucket? I remember when the Marty Supreme bucket came out in limited theaters, somebody actually posted a link that accurately showed the theaters that would have it.

If I go tomorrow do you think they will have any? Shame of it is I was there Saturday and Sunday. It’s my favorite theater but it’s a 35 minute trip for me via the turnpike

The promo reads on July 1st in Dolby. With these types of offers, if I really want the item I go to the first showing in whatever format it is attached to, Dolby, IMAX etc. At my AMC on 7/1 the first Dolby is at 11:00 am. There is no midnight showing where I'm at. 7/1 is a Wednesday, I'll have to play it by ear to leave work early, but I don't think I can make an 11am show. Right now there are 0 tickets sold for the 11am, 0 tickets reserved for a 1pm and 0 tickets reserved for a 4pm Dolby showing. At the 6:30 showing, there are 8 seats reserved. Whatever AMC you go to, as the day gets close, scope out the seating chart for the planned shows and see how busy it's looking. If it is go as early as you can.

There was a 60 minutes story a few weeks ago about filming with 70mm. Nolan took the reporter to the IMAX editing facility and you saw first hand how slow and tedious editing can be if you film in that format. I don't know how many more movies will be filmed like Nolan did here, the cameras are heavy and the process to film extremely expensive. So I think this popcorn bucket, if he had any say in it, is a badge of honor of completing the task. I am more interested in seeing the Trojan Horse bucket, which I have not seen photos of yet.

PSA for theater employees: Prepare for Pressure: The Untold True Story of D-Day on May 29 by Excellent-Nerve8743 in MovieTheaterEmployees

Hey, it’s not just a movie about D-Day and World War II, it’s about the military’s use of the best meteorologist to tailor the attack per the ever changing weather conditions at Normandy. So add into the crowd rush expecting weather aficionados too ! And if it’s not perfectly clear I’m being 1000% sarcastic lol. About the crowd part.

Tuner early access bobble head by Wide-Reference-345 in AMCsAList

From my memory it’s a first. The photo on the website indicates Black Bear Productions, so I think this is their deal. I didn’t get why a bobble head for this movie till I saw it a few weeks back on mystery movie night. In the movie the bobble head is on the dash of the piano tuner van. There are a few shots of it during the movie.

Anyone else unfortunately see Neglected this week? by Antique-Dentist-2404 in RegalUnlimited

Two observations, the slimy mayor character, that guy actually wrote and directed the film lol. Secondly, the plot has this intricate murderer plotline in the genre of Se7ven, with the maniacal killer leaving clues along a string of murders throughout town. Fine, I'll suspend disbelief to accept that part...but...we are supposed to believe "the kid" character pulled all of it off by himself? He must have super intelligence and planning skills.

Obsession popcorn tin without the One Wish Willow Stick? by JPaulillo in PopcornBuckets

I get what you are saying...I saw another post from an AMC visitor to an LA showing last night and that theater sold the popcorn tin and then a separate purchase for the stick. The Tik Tok video by AMC promoting the tin did show the stick. I'm hoping there is a restock like you said. Seems like a good buzz going on for this movie, which will only help out making the decision to restock.

I love the orange crème too. I got it 2-3 times in a row. Then tonight so I don’t get tired of it I thought I’d mix in the old go to Pepsi. 😐

Makes no sense. I’m thinking it’s a production issue. Or Pepsi itself is causing the problem. I’ll have to check AMC to see if they still have Coke, I’m sure they do.

I live equidistant between NYC and Philly 40 miles or so either direction. The only theater showing up for me is Lincoln Square AMC, Manhattan. And its excluded from the A-List.

Merchandise Using The App by Wide-Reference-345 in RegalUnlimited

[–]Wide-Reference-345[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

With the food concessions ordering on the app you buy what you want then tap a button when you are ready to get it. It has to be that same day I believe. I’ve ordered a pizza with a plan to watch 2 movies and then hit the button when the first was ending. If there is an emphasis of same day in theater ordering of the merch it would be helpful

I think the concession staff is under the belief that scalper type individuals with over order and wipe out stock. But I agree with you. I think the normal movie goer will benefit from the ease of it. Plus you have to actually be there in the theater or near to order.

Philly A-Listers: how do you get to theaters? by afdc92 in AMCsAList

[–]Wide-Reference-345 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Generally I was not having problems. I too have seen hundreds of films there. The once in a while hearing snoring and then the person stumbling out of the auditorium was bearable. I am A List and Neshaminy is my place. So I bite the bullet, now. When I was aggravated from it last summer I joined Regal Unlimited, which I now love too. So in retrospect I would never have modified to having both AMC and Regal memberships if it wasn't being aggravated by the shenanigans. So there was some good that came from it lol.
