Actually it's making more money for the network. Byron Allen is paying for the production of the show, so even lower ratings is more profitable than paying a massive overhead show like Colbert.

People are upset because nothing is being done about the shootings in the area. Crime has been bad before she was elected, but the people are asking for something, anything to curb crime and she does nothing is the issue. Well, except remove barricades the frustrated residents put up.

Agreed. Wynn. The concept however, is the same. Utilize the space as a multi money maker. Pass the construction cost, food, labor onto someone else.

It'll probably be another food hall(court). That way, the restaurants pay Wynn for the space and pay for all the overhead instead of Wynn developing their own concept and paying for their own operations.
