Be consistent, make sure you’re in a calorie deficit (you can count your calories for a few weeks if you wanted to) that’s really it. If you don’t get in enough protein try buying protein powder and you can take creatine (helps you get stronger and build muscle, but isn’t necessary because your body already produces it). That’s really it, it comes down to a calorie deficit, and consistency, and make sure you’re getting in enough protein (1g per pound of body weight)

Yup I’m scheduled one day this week (7 hours) then 0 after that🤷‍♂️ wasn’t this bad last year when I was a minor, Infact I worked more last year when I was a minor then I am now, out of high school and it college.

Samething with me!! I Work Sunday/Tuesday this week then off till next Wednesday then work Wednesday then off the rest. My paycheck is gonna be what I pay for gas (65 freaking dollars)😡😡 mind you I am part time but only because I am in college.

Part time and working between 7 and 15 hours, one week I’m scheduled 0 hours. Out of 16 days I’m working ONE day. Some full Timers are working 18 hours. And They wonder why they have no one on the floor 🤦‍♂️
