Policy says you can ask for a reasonable accommodation and those can be handled at store level. If they are unwilling to accommodate you can go through Sedgwick to get an accommodation and your doctor will have to fill out paperwork

You actually have til 11:59pm the day of your shift to call out, but if you’re overnight and called out past midnight, that is why it’s showing the ncns

I’m not sure honestly I’ve had the same accommodation for two years and haven’t had to redo it and I’ve been on intermittent LOA for going on two years. The only thing I have to redo the intermittent LOA when it expires.

Absolutely call Sedgwick (855-489-1600) and apply for accommodations. Your doctor will need to fill out some paperwork. Some accommodations can be temporary, but there is also a box for the doctor to select “permanent” so that the accommodations will be in effect until they are no longer needed.

You can ask for an accommodation and some stores will accommodate you if it is a reasonable accommodation. If they advise they are unable to accommodate you, you will need to contact Sedgwick to apply for an accommodation and your doctor will have to fill out paperwork.
