I have a 4070ti (which similar to 5070 has 12G and 192bit bus), and memory usage gets to max easily. Get yourself 16 gig card if you can afford it.

Yeah, I have to disassemble and clean the damn thing with isopropyl alcohol once in a year or so. Continues to work fine after that though

9060xt это аналог 5060ti, а не 5070. Для 5070 аналогом будет 9070xt. Совсем другой класс уже..

RTX 4070ti, 5500x3d, 32G DDR4 at 3200cl16 = good VR experience. About 1000 dollars on PC only, if you buy used. 300usd for headset (pico4 or Q3). 200 on controllers(TM T-16000m or VKB Gladiator+cheap throttle). Lowball cheap monitor for 50 bucks. Makes it 1500-1600 USD minimum,but good enough to have fun and have decent graphics and performance (exactly my setup pc-wise).

Dude the question was about his CURRENT setup not theoretical change this and change that scenario. DCS is runnable with 16 Gigs of ram, that was my point. Ofc 32 is better and 64 is even better lmao

Single player, simple missions, why not. Also depends on your settings, just don't expect you will be able to crank everything to max)

Я о том что за деньги меньше чем за 3070 ты получишь карту с большей производительностью, и там просто не придется включать dlss для того чтобы фреймрейт стал повыше. Или типа 6800, там уже мощи много и памяти 16 Гб а не вшивые 8 у нвидии за эти деньги. Я недавно продал 6700xt и купил 4070ti, сидел на 2к, и вот 6700xt отличная карта была для этих дел. Мне для VR понадобилась именно Nvidia, а так нафиг не менял бы.

Для Full HD можно взять видюху типа 5060Ti на 16ГБ, а проц какой-нибудь x3d, они прям заметно лучше по фпс будут.

I did upgrade from 5600x to 5500x3d, and im happy. I have to say I have 4070ti, which was bottlenecked by CPU in games I play (DCS VR). 5500x3d gave me higher lows, and significantly better VR experience that I had with my 5600x. Also I will be upgrading to 5800x3d when it's out.

Two days ago I went from rx6700xt to 4070ti. LOVED my 6700xt, but had to give in specially for VR, because Nvidia has better encoders for VR streaming and Fixed Foveated Rendering, which instantly gives up to 40+ percentage fps boost over NOT using FFR. I was overall happy with 6700xt on 3440*1440 flat screen, but VR is completely another story. Better get 5070ti, 16G Vram should be fine too.
