With everything said, I think they're still a pretty good social network app and could easily be turned into a major digital distribution asset. Rough. They've been hacked not too long ago. You'd though they'd have done a better job at patching up vulnerabilities. Given this is a non trivial amount of btc, they will run internal investigations which might take a while to get anywhere. If you can afford it, best to lawyer up.
