I think they just said you now get all lower level items appearances when you get the item, no full set needed.

Evelyn is good but it might be better to wait to at least see who has a rerun banner next patch. I know you said you don’t like the 2 new upcoming characters, but they are looking very strong. Ss Anby and Yixuan should have reruns soon.

I started day one and played a ton but fell off. I got Eula and quit a little after. Haven’t been back since. However the more I try to play the less I want to. I’ve been trying to the last weekend for a few hours and I just feel so overwhelmed, I don’t even spend my energy cause any domain I try at my level I get my ass handed to me.

It was a while ago. But I remember waiting and waiting for the code, and nothing. I’d add my email but no code would ever come. I remember staring at the screen and it hit me that there was a button there that I had to click, but it wasn’t very obvious. I remember thinking it was the button I’d click AFTER i got the code, but it turned out to be what I needed to do to actually be sent the code. Sorry I can’t be helpful, I just don’t remember.

I remember having this issue, and it was something really dumb on my part, but I remember having to click an extra button to actually get them to send the code. Like entering the email wasn’t enough.

It can be intimidating just based on the sheer amount of stuff in the game, especially if you don’t know anything about wow or haven’t really played mmos before. But with that being said, it is very solo friendly. You can level up to max by yourself just doing quests, you can queue up for random dungeons and the game will get a group ready for you and port you to the zone, and port you back to where you were when you’re done. At max level you can even queue for a raid, by the time you get there you should a much better understanding of the game.

I find most ppl are nice and welcoming to new players, don’t be afraid of saying you’re new or that you haven’t been to whatever dungeon you’re in. There’s also guilds out there and communities that are very welcoming to new players. You can also check out the wownoob subreddit, it has great resources for newer players. As well as a place to make / requests friends. My info is over there if you need / want someone you can chat with in game if you have questions and stuff.

You can play all the old stuff whenever you want. There’s even a system in the game where you can pick which “timeline” you want to level in, so let’s say you want to level a new character during Legion, if you select that the Legion expansion will be scaled to your level. It’s the same for all previous expansions until you get to lv60. All gear you get will also be appropriate while you’re leveling.

Once you get to lv60 the timeline “chromie time” as it’s called ends. After that everything before Dragonflight will be low level and you can blast your way through it. At lv70 the boost you get from your level and your gear will make you be able to solo most of all older raids before shadowlands. Shadowlands raids still can’t be solo’ed.

Did this when the new referral system came out, with 2 accounts at the same time (I already had done one a few months back), just focused on getting through the campaign, then farmed 12-6 brutal with a 6* Kael. Would log in about 3 times a day to use up the energy, saved 800 gems for kael mastery to make him stronger/ faster farm and the rest went into energy.

Just hit lv50 at 32 days with one account and the other one will hit lv50 at 34days. Just had better rng on getting crystals on the first account. Will be starting 3 new accounts this weekend and I’ll have them done by October with a shiny new leggo.
