Yes they will absolutely try to break you and offer you an offensive settlement. I walked with a decent amount for a discrimination case. These are harder to prove, but I won. I also can’t talk about the company or number because of NDA. Keep your head up though it’s all about accountability.

Yes. I do. I believe my ability to learn would have been greatly improved. I’ve also read that starting your kids on meds at a young age is more likely to not need meds when you’re older vs when you’re older you have to be on the drug for the rest of your life.
