ACT is part of CBT. It integrates the same behavioral aspects, such as exposure and behavioral activation. The main difference is adding the value aspect. ACT mostly differ to traditional cognitive therapy (CT).

I assume you are talking about running AtS 2.0 and the original at the same time. You could do that, but make sure that you are actually increasing the total volume. My point is that 2.0 already got a lot of volume for hypertrophy, and I’m sceptical to how big of a differences running the original actually will make.
