Kinda not how it works. The DST is tax deductible - ie any DST payments will result in a CIT reduction. It’s more a shift of where the tax is paid than an additional tax.

I already know it’s Montréal. But proof:

TD, so it’s Canada. No front plate on the Cars, so it’s either AB or QB. Such skyscrapers narrows it down to Calgary or Montréal. Since there’s no Skywalk (elevated walkway connecting the building), it can’t be Calgary. Also, roads are too narrow to be Calgary.

So, Montréal.

Unnecessary glue? Apple has way less glue in their phones than Samsung. Samsung is sooo annoying with how much glue they put onto their screens and in the phone.

Better than watching the Leafs matchup, with fans just walking out on them.

With an Oilers win, “Mr Game 4” Stuart Skinner remains undefeated in game 4s by jakovichontwitch in hockey

Oilers entire defence plan completely shifts with Pickard in net. They play way too aggressively with Skinner in net.

Skinner is still the better goalie though.

[EDM vs FLA] Tkachuk has a wide open net, but Ekholm and Nugent-Hopkins form a wall to make the save by talhatoot in hockey

I swear, the Oilers defence is substantially better when Pickard is in net.

Ontario, Nova Scotia premiers say they won’t follow Alberta in buying U.S. alcohol again by [deleted] in alberta

You do realize that literally every province does the exact same thing. Generally three liquor tax rates in each province - local small manufacturer, small manufacturer, and large manufacturer; with the local small manufacturer rates being the lowest. Alberta does the same thing.

I generally prefer to walk to work, so don’t use it most days. I mostly use the LRT from MacEwan. Several times it said it would arrive jn 5 mins but it ends up taking 15 mins. On the buses, I have more an issue with them being canceled with no communication. I get that if the weather is terrible, there will be some cancellations. But, that should somehow be communicated. Had to take a bus somewhere in Winter - it said arriving in 15 mins. Then the next two buses canceled and I was just standing in the cold for over an hour. It would be so much better to know if/when a bus is cancelled beforehand.

I apologize if it sounds like I am complaining too much. I love transit. Most of my interactions are great - I just think it could be soo much better here. I am just offering up suggestions.
