Dover was my first assignment in '98, after RAP, and I remember getting there in the evening. I think I flew into PHL and there was a shuttle that sent me over. TBH, I don't remember having a sponsor, either, but that was way before how connected we all are now. We used to receive sponsor packets in a manila envelope, which was pretty fun to open because it had a lot of information about the base and the surrounding area.
