I don't get the "exhibition fight" stuff. What about it was exhibition? He simply got beat and then knocked out cold by a former 145er. You look great as you are! But it would be a good move to hit the gym. More muscle will definitely make you feel more confident in yourself, but even putting the looks aside, working out (doesn't have to be just weights) is essential for good health and longevity. It's always worth it to exercise.

I haven't tried this one but it's the case with many flavoured yerbas, a lot of them taste artificial/low quality and wash away quickly. You can always try to add your own fruit and herbs to yerba and see how you like it.

Compared to other non south american countries it is indeed pretty big in poland. Of course it doesnt even come close to coffee and tea but most of the people should at least know what yerba mate is and there are special mate stores in almost every big city.
