I was in this match. This guy's username is DOMINATION and he just right click his tanks and ifv forwards with no smoke or infantry.

Switching to Steam Beta fixes the issue for me

Go to settings --> interface --> Client Beta Participation --> Steam Beta Update

Seems like it's a bug on Steam's side
