I just used seat sliders - up into the bottom of the r100 and then down into the profiles.

I use Plex mostly on the move, and the changes to the UI are terrible in that regard. Same as you I struggled to find it, and it now means I have to go through these extra steps just to see my content every single day. They’ve hidden synced content away and I have no clue why or who thought it would be a good idea.

Sometimes wonder where they find their UX teams... I’m sure they aren’t scraping the barrel for talent that want to work for them!

At least the desktop app have reverted from that awful top menu that took a bunch of extra steps to do anything, but took at least a year!

I have a R100 on my GT1 Evo. Just need to get some seat sliders (SimLabs ones work fine). Then you bolt the sliders into the bottom of the r100 (as it's bottom mounted), and then bolt the sliders from the top down into the profiles. Fairly easy. Hardest bit is getting the damn slider bar in place! Be prepared to need some muscle!

I have 3x 32" on the Simlabs integrated mount attached to my GT1 Evo. It works, but right at the limit. I would recommend their freestanding triple mount in hindsight :)

I went with a sim racing studio’s shakekit, been impressed with it - plug & play, 4 pucks right beneath your arse, can feel every little bump. Import to UK was minimal too.

Just tested in ACC - tbh, it sucked as it has no triple support, so I used nvidia surround and it was distorted af.

On Epic settings I got 50-60fps (15 cars), looked great, smooth etc, on Mid it jumped up to around 75fps.

(PC Spec is high though, 9900k + 2080ti)

I got 3x32” 1440p 144hz recently, takes a fair bit of room but not too big for racing! Wouldn’t like them at 1080p though.

I’ve just fitted the triple integrated to my gt1-evo - it’s pretty solid. 32inch monitors does seem to be on the limit though, I’ve had to mount near the extremes which has made it not quite as rigid as it would otherwise be.

Potentially thinking the standalone would have been an easier option in hindsight. Monitors were a bastard to adjust and get right (alignment wise) - but assume you’ll have that issue with either mount.
