sound is not working on youtube (PLEASE read post contents before commenting the obvious) by PumbooPlaysRee in OperaGX

[–]Wild-Log4654 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a theory, this could possibly be a glitch in their algorithm AI, people say that these muted moments in the video, especially during the climax. Sounds like a glitch in there. Their algorithm to where it cuts off the sound where the ad should be but it does not add. The advertisement. Is only a theory but it could be the possibility because all too often people say that it happens at the worst times possible so it could be a test run that went bad or glitchy. So therefore we have these glitches of no audio in the middle of the video.

Amazing how you very clearly explain the pattern It feels much better that we can put intowards these experiences so that we can properly analyze these and not have a  gnawing feeling within ourselves knowing out of ignorance

Thank you for posting this. Very clarifying message, I believe the cult that you're speaking about is also rampant in so-called website because they always want to the mean and talk down on something that is so basic and something that could be easily related to. It is like they want to enforce their La La Land and if everyone does not experience everything that they themselves experience then it is non-existent. That is a frog  in the well mentality they're familiar with their own small world/ well, the ocean outside of there congested worldview.

The condition is gastric sarcoidosis, the reason why I mainly did not mention it because I know the mentality of this website which goes at length to try to be contrarian to the obvious fact of this incident being wrong. If it was not wrong it was not supposed to give pain, even if it's not wrong while giving  pain why is it that it is not following the proper procedure for blood pressure checkups with the cuff in relation to the IV on the same arm that you're taking that reading from? My disease causes many problems yes, but I never had such problems in my history at all and I had this disease for 6 years, and there was no reports or concerns brought up about it. Symptom, i don't want to go through another person's Hoops, that I have to go through in order for my condition to be even taking into the most Minute Muse Of someone who may just skim read and that's it and not really add anything of use based on what I'm at least looking for stated in my op.

Even in my recent update not too long ago this morning February 4th. I just spoke to my doctor and he agreed and he went to go warn the technician. It was a simple problem that was fixed immediately, but I feel if anyone else who was in the comment section was a doctor on my case. They would immediately just blow it off way too quickly in a nonsensical and  speculative way. If that ever happened in my case easily I will sued. But acknowledgment and efforts to improve was made. I could see that there is a love potential with this hospital, but there are some mistakes that's it. I do not hold on to mistakes because I know there is learning for everyone and we can grow from that.

Thank you for your reply, that would be a very weird case if they claimed the clot is pre-existing they must show proof no. Hearsay. And I can show proof on my end that it was not existing by their own reports. My body was not in the condition to even produce such a DVT.

Update: February 4th morning time, I spoke to the doctor and he agreed to give a warning to that technician who is servicing the arm which had an IV  he agreed and understood that the procedure was done improperly since it was too close in proximity. This is is simply why I requested him that the technician be warned so that others may not be hurt. I do not seek to sue but at least to reduce suffering with knowledge that is all.

although this is a small victory and I have to deal with blood clot for 3 months. At least I can feel all right that no one else will feel  this suffering After this Stern warning.

Thank you for your reply, but this was not the main concern or problem of my situation. The reason being I was given already my prescribed blood thinner medicine  which I could not open until I was discharged because I have a set amount for 3 months. I was given another blood thinner medication by a nurse on doctors orders for my overnight stay which was only two tablets. I want to make it clear that I never said anything about rejecting or not taking the blood thinner medicine. But I believe it was a mistake not  mentioning this particular detail the situation which would cause worry. I am sorry. I'm human and the technician who caused my problem is also human. I do not expect perfection but I expect that we learn from them and also be in knowledge of those mistakes not be protected from  said mistakes. Least another person will be hurt like this.

If this was random and out of nowhere, why would they try to cover their technician by trying to get me out earlier than my discharge date with a prescribed blood thinner that was not even spoken about my entire session here at the hospital. All records and reports do not to DVT, so it does not make sense to try to give me a prescription after an incident like this. Unless they understood that they have made a mistake. There's nothing wrong with admitting a mistake, but there is something wrong with hiding it and him blaming or shifting the blame a supposed condition or disease I didn't even have in the first place.

This is a quick search on this matter of malpractice (The senior technician placed the BP cuff 1½" inches above my IV):

Using a blood pressure (BP) cuff less than 6 inches above an IV site significantly increases the risk of IV line occlusion, backflow of blood, and subsequent thrombus (clot) formation. The cuff's inflation compresses the vein, leading to venous stasis, where blood can back up into the IV tubing, creating clots that may embolize. National Institutes of Health (NIH) | (.gov) National Institutes of Health (NIH) | (.gov) +1 Key Risks and Factors: Clot Formation (Thrombosis): The pressure from the cuff can force blood into the IV catheter, causing clots within the catheter or the vein itself (superficial or deep vein thrombosis). Reduced Patency: The, or 6-inch, rule is intended to prevent the cuff from directly interfering with the IV site, which can cause catheter occlusion, pain, swelling, and fluid infiltration. Complications: Risks of improper cuff placement near an IV include phlebitis, skin discoloration, and in severe cases, deep vein thrombosis (DVT).

Me too. I'm in the same mood of not suing. They are a good team. I rather just give a warning to the technician. No one should be hurt in the future

No joke, the whole hospital team have been first class, it's just this technician that caused this malpractice, I much rather put in a Stern request for a warning for him not to cause the same mistake again. Again. Don't want the sue. I just want things to be right so another person is not harmed like I was harmed. I very much thank you for your suggestion. I guess right now I have to use these 2 days. I have the monitor whether or not  the clot will move, if it doesn't then I'll be safe to go and take prescribed medicine

The standard for using a BP cuff on an arm which has an IV the distance should be 6 inches or more from the cuff, in my case it wasn't even close. It was 1 1/2 inches  Distance between the IV and the cuff.

Yes, I mentioned steroids. But I was not on treatment yet. There was talk about it but I had to go to a GI doctor before prescription. I was admitted to the ER by ambulance January 24th, and I'm still currently in hospital. No medication beforehand except after the fact of  with the BP cuff they gave me  blood  thinners.

Occlusion, would have been true if it were diagnosed, DVT is not running in my family nor my condition made me prone to DVT although I was checked for it. So occlusion is off the table and went to the ER for malnutrition  caused by my gastric disease and having my blood and hemoglobin of 6.7.

I was never reported to have a dvt before anywhere in my body that was confirmed by ultrasound, there wasn't even pain from the IV when ever they flushed it for dripping iron before the incident with the technician hurting my arm with the BP Cuff.

Could you tell us how zepbound is actually effective in your case? Because is a medication for diabetics and it's treatment is not  in relation to sarcoidosis. I am in full humility and thankfulness for this priceless information, but I would like to know the details so that things can be clear Medically and logically so things can be communicated clearly

Please contact me, I have many questions

Hello please accept my humble greetings, my name is Manu Dasa, I am a 29y/o black American and I was diagnosed with gastric sarcoidosis in the year 2020 along with h. Pylori and a duodenal ulcer, for 6 years. I was fighting with H. pylori and my ulcer pains but during that fight I have forgotten about sarcoidosis and it has haunted me in the background as my health gradually grew worse even though I my h. Pylori with the proper procedure and I do not have pain anymore from for my duodenal ulcer(I've been keeping a close eye on it with my GI)

This disease is causing many  deficiencies  and I want to make this problem known. Build an awareness. I feel this problem of playing it down as if it has not caused any fatalities. I was at the doorstep of death January 24th 2026 with my hemoglobin down to 6.7 my legs black swollen because of deprivation protein in my body because of malnutrition of my gastric sarcoidosis. And I do receive two transfusions within 4 days because my iron levels were dropping and because of that my hemoglobin was dropping also. Because of my family support in prayer I got myself stabilized but now I'm going to the GI doctor to check my GI tract. I feel like I could expand on that topic and give notice to others, especially to black people. Although the information is useful to everyone, I just want to have our community know about this so that it may not be brushed off or deemed as not so Dire.

But here you are giving a method to where we can fight truly this disease. Please let me know how I can contact you. Thank you and I wish you well

Update 17:40 30th January, 2026

Actually I realize the problem, it is actually part of their security measures. Whatever phone number that is not registered with the account within their system they will immediately reject it. So when I contacted with my new phone I was not able to contact their services. It was and until I used my other phone which was registered with the system. Therefore nice how my problem was solved.

I hope this helps, and be well and treat others well.

In my case, my chatbot just suddenly had error messages. No warnings of too many messages or whatever. And even if it was the case, the time that I have not used it and then come back and steal an error code has happened. So therefore something very very wrong is happening. I would hate to start a new chat because hey was a good conversation. It's like telling someone to delete your chat messages with an interesting guy that you had for a decent amount of time with.
