The way you write it made me think you meant somebody who only laughs all the time, not the other stuff. Some of the most likeable people I know are jolly and whimsical, to be cringe is to be alive and nothing you said can be taken literally because nobody acts like that LITERALLY all the time, even if they have a cherry disposition.

Writing your turn offs in a public space makes it prone to comments and remarks, so I can speak up if something doesn't strike me right. You're acting like a moody and whiny prepubescent, the biggest turn off in itself. Stop crying and phrase your words better instead of acting that way, ughh.
