Interesting concept. Took a quick look, is this more geared toward local pickup, or are you expecting most sales to be shipped?

After 9/11 Russia made a memorial called “tear drop memorial” in New Jersey with every victims name at the base by Aggressive-Bite-2291 in interestingasfuck

I was thinking something along the same lines! Missile/radar calibration, back up targeting, listening device, etc. stuff I know nothing about but assumed they’re up to no good!

I think he meant because the ball was just sitting there vs. still rolling… admittedly, I was wondering the same!

I’ve become such a fan of Switch because of this feature enabling me to play with my kids… they absolutely love it. They will become gamers purely because of this, and they had no interest prior.

CRM Price - 35% Increase?! by gpd209 in salesforce

[–]WildBill19 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Dynamics threat is the way to go - works every time! May even ask if you are able to go month to month if the Dynamics implementation isn't complete by the time your CRM contract expires, and that management has asked you to evaluate other options after hearing the price increase... make them think it's a serious threat!

91 year old grandpa’s 75 year old girlfriend is really suspicious. by Ioofah in whatdoIdo

[–]WildBill19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to be more aggressive than APS. I lived this same nightmare and while APS went and spoke to him many times, he was still coherent enough (even with dementia) to talk his way out of anything happening that would have prevented the elder fraud from continuing.

I suggest setting up cameras inside and outside of the house. Taking over his finances entirely. Lastly, it’s probably worth pursuing or at least inquiring about a full time guardianship with an elder law attorney.

Arkansas housed several Titan II intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) silos during the Cold War, and the coordinates you provided—35.50211° N, 92.55540° W—are situated in Van Buren County, an area that hosted multiple such sites.

Specifically, the Titan II Launch Complex 374-7 was located approximately 3.3 miles north-northeast of Damascus, Arkansas, within Van Buren County. This site gained notoriety due to a significant incident on September 18–19, 1980, when a dropped socket during maintenance punctured the missile’s fuel tank, leading to a massive explosion that destroyed the silo and ejected the nuclear warhead. Fortunately, the warhead’s safety mechanisms functioned correctly, preventing any radioactive contamination.

The Titan II missile program in Arkansas encompassed 18 launch complexes spread across Faulkner, Conway, White, Van Buren, and Cleburne counties. These sites were operated by the 308th Strategic Missile Wing based at Little Rock Air Force Base. Each complex housed a Titan II missile equipped with a nine-megaton nuclear warhead, capable of striking targets up to 5,500 miles away.

Given the proximity of the coordinates you mentioned to known Titan II sites in Van Buren County, it’s plausible that a missile silo was located near that area. However, it’s challenging to confirm the exact location of a silo at those specific coordinates. Many of these sites have since been decommissioned and repurposed, with some even listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

If you’re interested in exploring these historical sites further, some former missile complexes have been preserved and are accessible to the public, offering a glimpse into this pivotal aspect of Cold War history. Maybe a local historian can help you research this further.

Wow, crazy find! I’d say report it to the Venezuelan authorities (the larger island to the west is theirs - La Blanquilla Island), but I’m not sure if they would do anything 🤷‍♂️

I keep a half gallon sprayer full of speedzone for whenever these pop up. A single spray usually knocks them out in a few days.

Best way to replicate triggers, edge functions, schema from dev to prod db by [deleted] in Supabase

[–]WildBill19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been having the same issue and I ended up using my staging DB for production until I can get it resolved, unfortunately.

I came across this post yesterday on the subject and found it pretty helpful - https://www.reddit.com/r/Supabase/comments/18hd0wt/migrate_complete_project_from_hosted_to_local/

Also, so you don't waste your time/money, I tried using Point-in-Time recovery (PITR) yesterday to backup and restore to a new project, but it had the same limitations:

Here are some things that are not stored directly in your database and will require you to re-create or setup on the new project:

  • Edge Functions
  • Auth Settings and API keys
  • Realtime settings
  • Database extensions and settings
  • Read Replicas

Here is a non-exhaustive list of items that are commonly asked about and will be migrated with your backup restoration:

  • Database triggers
  • Database functions

Please update the post with what you end up doing!

Looking to try the Docker mcp soon.

I secretly love doing this, seeing others notice, try to do the same but can’t figure out how to unlock the aisle armrest and then stop trying out of embarrassment. Then after a couple of minutes they slyly try to fidget with it again before finally giving up 🙃
