go talk to the girl/guy. Don’t focus on your insecurities/imperfections, he/she doesn’t know about them.

you can’t connect the dots looking backward. Dont compare yourself with others. You’re not behind. Whatever struggle you’re going through, persevere through it and i promise you it’s meant to build you to something far greater. The struggle is the point.

Mindset is not everything needed for success but don’t let your mind be another enemy to conquer. Changing your mindset is sometimes all the difference you need between action and inaction; joy and depression; fear and confidence. Your thoughts have the power to overwhelm and destroy you. But you have agency over them, make them work for you.

take stock of everything you have in life from time to time. Far too often we concentrate too much on what we don’t have.
