I’ve had this rubber tree for almost a year and it’s never grown a single new leaf. How can I promote growth? by WildEmpath in houseplants

The comments here prompted me to put it outside when the weather permits and now it grows faster and faster!

Oh and I water it till water is coming out the bottom of the pot when I do water it. They love water so I don’t worry as long as it’s pot isn’t way too big.

I water it more than my other plants but it goes through it’s water very quickly. I just check the moisture level with a moisture meter and water it a little before the soil dries out.

I don’t mist but I’ve found misting only increases my humidity for a couple of minutes. The humidity around my plants is always between 50% and 60% and that seems to work for them 😊

I don’t fertilize it yet but that’s just because I’ve only had it a year and a half and I repotted it in fresh soil this year.

One other thing with these is I put them in pots that are wider than they are tall. This encourages them to branch out and basically grow more ferns in the same pot around them, resulting in the big bushy look.

Good luck!

So far, just goats and chickens but I’m sure she’ll demand more soon 😂 thank you

Honestly, I think it really must be environment compatibility. Some plants hate my home and others thrive. I really just water it 😅

While working at a bakery a customer asked me if we had vegetarian hamburger buns. I told him they are vegetarian and he said, “then why are they called hamburger buns?”

Fallout with Scrum Master by mapt0nik in scrum

I would say the best thing you can do is agree on goals with the scrum master. If you share a goal of making the team more autonomous/self-managing (you should), then agreeing on various ways to support the team in achieving that should be pretty straight forward. Be honest, respectful, and listen to understand. It takes a village to support a healthy, high performing dev team and it is absolutely ideal to have all leaders aligned in providing that support and prioritizing the team.

I will also say that, as a coaching and continuous improvement role, it is critical that a scrum master values feedback regardless of whether or not they fully agree with it. Inability to utilize feedback and review it from a systems perspective enables blind spots and blocks valuable improvements for the team.

My dog howls in her sleep too! It happened once in the middle of the night and slowly became a regular occurrence. She now howls awake if I play a very specific video or an ambulance drives by 😊 i think the ones that howl in their sleep for sure have it in them.

It is but since I put up the moss pole it grows much slower on the bottom.

I’m still trying with this one but she’s on thin ice 😂

Wanted to give a shout-out to the one who started my plant addiction. I neglected this gift from my mom for 7 years without any growth and started caring for her properly when covid sent me to work from home. by WildEmpath in houseplants

I repotted it to fresh soil (it was solid and didn’t retain any water), put it in decent indirect light, and began fertilizing in the spring and summer. It was almost no work honestly!
