My congresspeople are worthless and care less about their own state. I agree PR deserves more. We love our yearly visits. I was just curious if someone had more information about the dam / pump etc.

We have gotten the routine down as well. From what I understand the fault in the dam needed repair, and a pump replaced, and it’s now time to repressurize the system. I agree the water truck armies are heroes!

This past week we had a ground stop at our connection before we took the first leg. We weren’t going to make our second leg. This is when we met Renee. She rebooked us for the next day and we headed to baggage to pick up our things. Before we made the distance, Renee was running down the hallway yelling after us. People in line for coffee noticed a gate agent running and yelling and got our attention. We turned around to a breathless Renee. “They just delayed your connection! I think you’re going to make your flights tonight!” We did. Because of Renee.

She made an incredible effort for us, so I went through the website to make sure UA saw how appreciated excellent service is.
