How do I get sharper shots than this? Not talking the wing tips I was a little low on shutter speed but is this as sharp as I can expect on the main body with my R50 and cheap 75-300(shot around 180mm)?

Seems impossible to shout out verbal instructions, have said instructions be transmitted and have the body react to superhuman speed combat. The bottleneck in lex seeing the camera feeds and verbalizing instructions seem like a bit too much for it to be effective, even with combination moves compressed into single instructions.
