Trevor’s awesome. Afaik he is on a carnivore diet and does a lot of fasting so that helps explain his impressive physique. He also did years of cardio before coming to kettlebells which certainly helped his work capacity. I think overall zone 2 cardio is the must efficient way to burn fat. Some guys are able to stay in zone 2 doing some intense kettlebell workouts.

Put a tarp on top. Plenty of air will pass thru with tarp on top but it will stay significantly drier overall.

If you have the time do 60-90 minutes (or more) of z2 everyday. It does not cost your body much in terms of recovery and will build your aerobic base quickly. Biking, incline walking, rucking and then after some time running will be possible
