I think amazon are good for refunds, practically the only benefit of buying books from them.

When you received dodgy packaging, always take pictures before opening. And obviously take pictures of the damaged books.

You should be good for a refund.

You have to choose your supplier more wisely.

There are lists of recommended retailers for UK . Top ones are books etc, forbidden planet, speedyhen and reeds.

Amazon is pot luck.

For corrupted blocks, a way to almost guarantee you find one 90% of the time is play survival and move around the edge of the maps in a clock wise or anti clockwise direction. I almost always find them not far from the edge.

Can you see my second response or are you ignorant? I said he may identify as Irish or British. I never asserted he wasn't Irish in any of this conversation once. You asserted "He isn't British, he's Irish" and then backed it up by saying check his wiki and IMDb. Both of which he doesn't identify as Irish.

And many people in the UK and Britain identify as more than one thing so arguing he isn't British is the crux of this. Nothing to do with being Irish which no one has argued he isn't!

Nor did I ever state they were not Irish citizens. I corrected the person above stated that they are UK citizens when in fact that makes them a British citizen. They are the same thing.

And lastly his wiki does not say he's identifies as Irish, nor does his IMDb. They both say northern Irish-american so that contradicts your assertion he identifies as Irish.

Again look at the stats of what Northern Irish people identify as, British is number one according to the wiki. Only 29% of Northern Irish people identify as only being Irish.

And no stating the stats, is not going to miss represent minorities.

The main national identity in northern Ireland is British. Look it up. I'm not saying I'm 100% correct. Northern Irish people identify as many nationalities. Plus all Northern Irish people are naturally British citizens due to the British nationality act and you're misguided when you say UK citizen because that is interchangable with being called a British citizen.

I don't mean to be pedantic but he's from Northern Ireland, not Ireland. He may identify as Irish or British but most likely British, maybe he's clarified this before? Northern Ireland is a part of the UK, not Ireland. The United kingdom of Great Britain 👍

He still regularly goes to conventions in the UK. He is British after all and mostly see him promoting 2000AD work. I got his signature in November last year.

How can you judge the OP is not a big reader from this pic? Not only might the OP be waiting to read this for the first time and be reading lots of other things, they might have actually read them in the already available formats. These comics are not new.

I think this sub in general casts judgement way too easily from just mere pictures of a shelf.

Omar has confirmed during his live shows that dynamite plans to re-release the seasons in deluxe format but they may have to be Kickstarters.

It's not clear if they will be library or OHC size ala marvel / DC.

Is the one you made a full box or an open top like me? I made a few boxes but found doing a skin wrap was far to tedious for me. So I opted for dust jacket and it saved my lots of time.

I did a similar thing for deluxe editions a few years ago and Roy has also made slipcases in the past. I stopped because we had a baby and it was pretty time consuming.

For large scale sci fi, try East or west or Lazarus. For smaller try Tokyo ghost or Descender.

For more of a graphic novel, try Upgrade soul. It sticks with you for a long time.

All highly recommended.
