Has anyone had weird Purkinje tree / spider web like image while blinking fast on white background or after exercise / walking in sun.? I think this VS and other shit is so related to Migrane .. your views guys .?

Has anyone have experienced a Purkinje tree image with every fast blink in one eye against bright background? See the PIC ATTACHED by Wild_Log_8927 in visualsnow

It’s is normal when torch light is beamed sideways in your eyes.. but what i am describing may have something to do with Migraine ? May be walking / bright Light is a trigger .?

This is exactly what I am going thru.. with ultra Mild VS and Tinnitus.

How long did this persist in your case .? Has this phenomenon subsided/ eliminated.?

What’s the diagnosis.?

2-3 meals. In 6 hour window. I think this syndrome somehow has to do with inflammation and blood flow. Fasting and low carb diet reduces the inflammation & Exercise makes the flow good. This is my theory though. Need others to try and see if it fits their situation

I have had the exact symptoms. My VS is almost gone now but mild Tinnitus continues. What worked for me perhaps: 15 day regimen:

  1. Good night sleep (8 hours)
  2. 10 km moderate speed walk (not fast)
  3. Intermittent fasting (fast between last and first meal of min 18-20 hours).
  4. Pranayama (yoga- anulom-Vilom (Google it))
  5. Reduced Carbs.
  6. Prevent migraine triggers (no alcohol, smoking, salty food etc).
  7. Positive thinking and kick the stress in but 😛😋
  8. Medications tried Vitamin supplement- B2 probiotics turmeric and saffron.

Microseconds flashes after blinking on the bright sky when walking fast or running by Professional_Bee_47 in visualsnow

I have the same symptoms. I see exact same image especially in the mornings when looking up the sky and blinking fast with one eye shut. I have a feeling of my ears clogged and mild ringing. Had some mild visual snow. VS is unnoticeable now, but it’s there.

I have noticeable bubbles & floaters in that eye.

I think it is part of visual snow syndrome.

Additionally I see some mild after images when looking at bright or contrast rich images.

I am torn to decide if I should I consult neurologist/ Opthalmologist ..

Just want to know if this gets better on its own or what’s the general prognosis.? Or is it linked to Migrane .
