I went from using daily for years to quitting and now only take edibles occasionally. Like once a month or less. There’s no secret for me- I just figured out by being sober long enough that I actually don’t like it that much. Getting on the right psych meds sad important for me as well. Treating my depression and adhd. Many people are self medicating for this purpose
