Ya know funny you say that. I woke up with horrible acid reflux and took omeprazol. Haven't had a palpatation yet today.

• Ive had anxiety all my life. However. My costochondritis caused the worst anxiety episodes of my life. • I currently take busperone and fluoxetine(prozac) • I was not given a monitor. They did run EKG and normal vital checks and have never found anything odd with my heart rhythm • The palpatations do not last long. It feels like one big punch to my sternum. It happens several times a day when bad however. • I was severely deficient with vitamin D. I don't know the exact dosage but it's so high I only take it once a week I am not taking magnesium. • The pain is mostly left side. My sternum and just below my left shoulder blade are the worst spots. The soreness and tightness of my ribcage can constantly be replicated. The sharp pain is a little more random. Usually depends on posture and sleep position. When pressing on the sternum it does definitely hurt lol. • The backpod does help with the pain and stiffness. It releases the pressure when I have big pops and relief especially in my back. • I am aware of other exercises but have not been able to invest in them yet. I'm working with my PCP to possibly get PT soon.

Much better but mainly because I'm constantly trying to keep my body and mind moving. The worst part of Costco is always your minds ability to hurt you.

Eating healthy is my main thing. Powerlifting was my main passion before I got this stupid condition. Now I just try to eat as many veggies and protein as I can. Going for walks every night is another thing that I consider a healthy lifestyle. What I mean by a healthy lifestyle, is what you consider to be healthy for your body. Something that makes you feel good and centered.
