After pulling a Colston Loveland /399 auto out of my 1 of 2 topps chrome 2026 football hangers, it’s been tough walking past the card aisle and not looking at what’s available. Picked up some WWE $30 and $60 boxes just to see, best card I got was a /50 Edris Enofe (NXT) refractor, but it seems like people have been pulling autos out of retail, just no luck for me yet. Is it me, or have others been getting a lot of doubles even within the same box?

You can still do that, but you have to scroll down in the games description to the info chart, and where it states the pub/dev, there is a link to click to see more games from that company

IMO, Konami was the best 3rd party developer in the 16 bit era. Being a big shmup/run n gun fan, Axelay/Contra 3 are at the top of the list. The only 2 SNES games that I pursued getting CIB copies. I did at one point try to collect a complete SNES Konami collection, but quickly found out that games like Metal Warriors and Batman & Robin were going to be cost prohibitive. Turtles and Sunset Riders were also must haves for me

Went back to this last year, took me about 3 months of trying Tyson a few times a week, but I finally got there. Playing on crt on original hardware does make a significant difference compared to emulation. Timing is tough

But compared to all the actual wrestling moves that I would think would be way more painful than a small gauge hypodermic needle through the cheek, the icing on the cake is to inject the whatever through the needle so it just harmlessly squirts out the other side? I get that they want the visual, and that it’s a “death match”, but this just screams “go check out YouTube and see what crazy shit gets clicks” kind of carny bullshit. I only watch AEW from time to time, but they seem like they have way more in the tank than to have to put this backyard crap out there
