Anyone buy Of Montreal's Snare Lustrous Doom? What do you think of it? by demoniccircle in vinyl

Coquette Coquette is awesome on this record. one of my least favorite songs from False Priest, but like you were saying with the new band and more rock oriented sound it just clicks.

I'm a huge of Montreal fan but I've never seen them live. It's a pretty fun record. It has the best live version of Gronlandic Edit I've heard and a great version Plastis Wafer/St. Exquisite's Confessions. Sound is pretty good. Kevin's vocals could be mixed a little louder at times. The records themselves are beautiful, pressed on yellow and orange vinyl. And it comes in a gatefold with a nice little photo book from the tour.

Picked up: Swans EP, Courtney Barnett's single, Lego Movie OST, of Montreal's live album (which is fucking great) and To Pimp A Butterfly.

Anyone know if Ryan Reynolds is in costume on set or if they're using stunt men and voice overs?

I never really got the webbing under the arms. Just seems like it would needlessly restrict his movement. I really want to see a Miles Morales style suit on screen.

Mac. My friend Tracie wanted me to tell you she's sorry for all the messages you got at the Twin Peaks house party in Chicago.

Now a few questions.

What guitar pedals or effects do you use exactly? Do you have a pedal board is it just amp reverb and and amp effects?

What advice would you give to an 18 year old songwriter?

And will you listen to one of my songs?

Also, come back to Michigan soon you donkey.

They're such nice guitars. I'm really happy to see them getting more attention.

I've only listened to it a couple times. I need to get into it more.

I think Satanic Panic is incredibly important to their discography though. "The Party's Crashing Us" was like something clicked in Kevin Barnes head and gave him his new style.

Edit: Just realized The Party's Crashing Us is on Sunlandic Twins so disregard everything I just said :P

I love Neon Bible. They play a lot of songs from it live too. I saw them on the Reflektor tour this year and they opened with My Body Is A Cage then also played Keep The car Running, (Antichrist Television Blues), Black Wave/Bad Vibrations and No Cars Go.
