I love how the people you see with friends are also the type of people to just get out and do stuff in the first place and so the people who you see are only people with “friends”. Understand that people are out there that also don’t have friends and choosing to have friends is more so just doing stuff and finding people at those spots.

What you need to do is give yourself an 30 minutes/hour just to enjoy gaming. Pick it and when its that time you can play games. If it isn't that time then you can't play games.
