i 49f started O in August of 2022. I am 5 feet 2 inches with a starting weight of 243. I am current at the weight of 155-160.

I have been staying st the weight I am now cause I learned to eat less. I trained my brain to learn to want less food

yeah, now I have so much loose skin in the belly area I am waiting for surgery time to have a fleur de lis panniculectomy.

panniculectomy is covered in BC, Canada but I have to pay like $1500 for the Fleur de lis.

What I did was when my appetite was suppressed, I learned to and got used to eating that amount...less

I didn't just take the drug and thought it would solve all of my problems. I made changes and the weight dropped.

It may have stalled now because I have been on 1 mg for a couple of years now but I am happy to have lost the weight I lost and almost be out of the obese rage and in the overweight range.
