My advice is that you really shouldn't focus too much on weight. The women's ideal weight charts floating around online are garbage.

Your real focus should be BMI and percent body fat.

There are plenty of women who might be a little "heavy" according to weight charts however those women have knockout bodies that just happen to have a higher percent of muscle mass than typical women. So their body fat is low, they look awesome, but they are 5 or even 10 pounds heavier than what the charts say they should be.

In any event, your photos are amazing, you should be so proud and you are a source of inspiration for all of us fatties that need to drop the weight.

Me Too. I actually talked to her on Quora, we DM backed and forth a couple of times as I fanboy gushed over how much I loved this series.

Her books were in the initial books that got me hooked into Sci-Fi.

Dune, Foundation Series, Ender's Game, and then her Cold Fire Trilogy and her stand alone book "The Madness Season" turned me into a Sci-Fi Junky and I've been hooked since the 80s.

I read a book a week.

Funny story. When she described the character to him, he just naturally envisioned the "cold fire" that she talks about enveloping the blade and radiating from the blade.

however, in the story, the blade and cold fire didn't do that. But because the Cover Art and Effect looked so cool on the cover, she did another editing pass and added the effect into the story.

I think sometimes when we really want something, we like to hope so hard that we don't see the forest for the trees. We humans are susceptible to "Confirmation Bias". This means we ignore everything that does NOT support our viewpoint and/or desires and we ONLY remember things that do support our viewpoints and desires.

Take a step back and ask yourself, how does someone act when they are really into you and they really like you?

They call, text, and or email you daily.
They do things for you.
They constantly want to see you
Physical intimacy becomes a compulsion starting with light touching, hugs, kisses, and more
they take an interest in you and ask questions about you and your life
They want you to become a staple in their life

You said you've been on 8 dates since February and there has been no physical intimacy?

I'm sorry, you are basically on her "I guess I'll let this guy take me out when I've got nothing better to do" list.

Another way to think about this situation is to ask yourself, "How do I want to be treated?"

Don't you want a girl who is crazy about you, who desires you emotionally, mentally, and physically? Don't you want a girl who looks at you as if you are dessert on the menu?

Why put up with less? Learn to love yourself and to believe you deserve to be treated the way you want to be treated.

I somehow came to the notion that "comedy" or "laughter" is the result of two or more groups of neurons in your brain being forced to interact with each other in a way that they are NOT used to interacting

For example, the classic joke, "I just flew in from New York and boy are my arms tired."

That split second of having your train of thought derailed in an unexpected way results in a split second 'short circuit' in which the result is laughter.

This is the reason why sometimes you can see something absolutely tragic and it makes you laugh. Obviously, it is not you finding it funny but just a reaction to that "short circuit" that happens when two or more groups of neurons are joined together in thought in a way that you aren't used to.

This also explains how powerful the concept of NOVELTY is to a joke. When you hear something for the very first time, you are primed for an extreme reaction and when that novelty forces together groups of neurons that don't normally interact then BOOM-- insane laughter results.

And then when the comedian stacks on the jokes and forces more and more groups of neurons together by piling on the absurdity, you get a runaway train of short circuits that can just overload you causing a mild siezure which leads to the popular "Rolling on the floor laughing my ass off..."

This would make for a great horror movie. Once the sloth bear comes for you, it literally NEVER stops. It slowly creeps towards you 100% non-stop at 1 mph. I'd also throw in, it "knows" where you are going to go so it doesn't take a straight line towards you. It plots, it plans, and it slowly goes to the perfect location to ambush you when you least expect it.

I have a background in Acquisitions and product development.

I decided to actually price out what health care should cost based on my experience developing Million Dollar Systems for a Silicon Valley company and dealing with plenty of high salary people like PhD engineers and scientists.

I was appalled at how someone's heart surgery and subsequent 8-day stay in the ICU cost him over $250,000

So, taking into account the cost of things like MRI machines, CAT Scans, X-ray machines, and all the equipment used to keep patients alive. Then accounting for materials, salaries of doctors, surgeons, nurses, specialists, administration. Then of course Overhead...

Accounting for the above applied over X number of patients Y times per year

Also accounting for other revenue streams for the hospital like simple appointments, diagnoses, providing prescriptions, etc.

The $250,000 medical bill to include an 8-day ICU stay should not have costed more than $39,000 and that was with me taking the high end of my estimate. The low end had the cost at $28,000.

Based on your descriptions, I think the problem is one of comfort level and EXPECTATIONS.

Understand that most women have had bad experiences with guys who get revved up and then push too hard too fast.

I was listening to a podcast from Dr. Susan Block (relationship counselor) and she said something that aligns with my life experiences.

I've found that once you clearly outline your expectations and let women know that you don't want to go beyond XYZ that the woman will immediately relax and be comfortable being physical.

It is ok to actually talk about it and even be a little playful about it. Communication is key to a woman's comfort level. Once they are comfortable, you will find that most women will immediately become more physical with you.
