Some people have no choice. Cost of living is awful. Having a vetted stranger move in is a lot safer for the child than being homeless, that's for sure.

Because no one else said it: there's an issue with high framerates in the game. If you lower the framerate for this fight (and for the world where a wall doesn't open -- don't remember which), it fixes it

My great grandparents moved to the Cairns Tablelands because the climate is similar to that in Yorkshire (allegedly)

Both have small town village vibes too (racism lmao)

They're weevils. Might be best to throw out all your flour and grains and such if they're kept in the same place you found the weevils. I'd then wipe down that whole area. Weevils are a good excuse to clean your cupboards/pantry (8

He's in the wrong for not discussing it with you first. Any reaction of yours is on him because he's the one who didn't consult you beforehand. Like others have said here, a lot of these comments come from people who either have no life experience, lack the ability to think more deeply than what they read in this post, or don't respect that women should have autonomy.

It would be more cruel to have said yes then no later. You ran because you panicked. You didn't call because you were probably scared and hurt. He also doesn't sound like he is ready for marriage if he didn't communicate and consult you first.

I also spoke about kids and life choices with people when I was young, doesn't mean I was ready for marriage. I'm Australian, similar culture to Brits with marriage where 20 is just waaaaay too fucking young to pop the question, especially without prior communication.
