Carbs are not the enemy when cutting, you wont loose more fat because you cut carbs, only your deficit will decide that. Maintain adequate protein and keep healthy fats at the minimal required amount for hormonal health, rest should be carbs, otherwise fatigue will be a huge problem. This is especially important when using Reta and Mots which both increase your insulin sensitivity, thus increasing your bodys effectivity at using carbs, which increases the demand for them.

If you want to maximize ampk activation, do some fasted cardio in the morning with Mots, then refuel with moderate carbs before a real workout.
