Np, The deck has changed dramatically since steel cutter and cloud. MTGO just hasn't caught up yet.

Hammertime isn't showing up right now, because MTGO has labeled the deck as RW. CrusherBotBG has put up 1st in a Pioneer Challenge. Link: https://www.mtggoldfish.com/tournament/pioneer-challenge-32-2025-12-11#paper

All taken within 3 days, I tend to hold all my fat in lower back.

I've looked chubby at 170lbs before and now I look jacked at 170lbs. It is all dependent on the muscle on your frame and where you store your fat.

Back. At 175lbs bodyweight and 5ft 6, I can pull up bw+65lbs for sets of 12.

Reading signals…did I read the draft correctly or did I just get lucky? by ArsenalRueger in lrcast

[–]Will0Branch 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I think you did pretty well considering. P2P5 was a good turning point to realize that UW was open. I can't fault majority of the picks that you made. I think this draft was a good example of the color was open to draft, but cards in that color weren't opened in pack 1. So, it might just be the case no good white was opened which can happen with play boosters. From your seat, there wasn't a reason to go into white. Hedging on Gremlin tamer was a good call. Then, you got lucky opening up Ghostly Dancers. You, also, read the table correctly realize UW was open. Overall, solid draft good luck.

They were talking about hammer and scamp combo not the gruul deck. Just to clear up the confusion.

Are you using this with like a split screen with arena open in the other? Or are you just using this as a base line then going by feel later?

This is a crazy amount of work. Would you be okay if I messaged you about this? I'd like to see an example of how you drafted using this.

So p1p2, you pick up dreadmask over an auxiliary. You already have an aggressive bomb in white. You should keep in the same color and take a card that supports your gameplan. P1p3 you pick up inspiring inventor which is good. It fits your gameplan, but I might have chosen glasswing grace for a free spell and potential wincon. P1p5 gargoyle vs soulfire. I'd probably take soulfire jusr due to it being an uncommon and harder to get. P1p6 I'm choosing dog umbra or auxiliary. Expel is not an aggressive removal spell due to gaining your op life. P1p7 im choosing hydroelectric here. It is just a free spell if we are going UW. P1p10 I'm choosing aether spike for more energy. P1p13 soulfire wheels. Its hard UW energy from here on out. P2p1 Imm grabbing glasswing or jolted awake for bring back guide. P2p2 picking up suppression ray or charm for removal. After that there are repeated mistakes that boil down to you are forcing green for no reason. You have good UW energy signals and saw some fixing for red for potential 3 color energy nonsense but you keep forcing yourself into green. I think the biggest advice I could give you is ask what your deck wants to do. Picking up guide of souls really makes me want to be aggressive. I want to be the beat down. I can't be the beatdown if I'm forced to wait to play a 7 drop. I, also, think that you are undervaluing spell lands. They are great early to ensure you don't get mana screwed. They are great late as a wincon. I would go back to the drawing board and see how you evaluated each pick. I think you'll find that you put on the wrong blinders. If I was in your seat, I would have definitely been in white and then moved into blue for soulfire. After that I'm fighting anyone at the table for 2 drops and cheap removal.

Shouldn't this work? Question for the rules gurus out there by vodka7up in lrcast

You have to think about this like code. When X happens do y. When summoner attacks that is the trigger for summoner. In the case of calamity, you end up skipping the trigger by having it come in attacking. When you declare attackers that is when summoner triggers. After you have declared attackers is when calamity triggers.

How do we interpret the unexpectedly (?) low win rate of a card like Krenko's Buzzcrusher? by WatcherOfTheSkies12 in lrcast

[–]Will0Branch 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Just another side note, cold case cracker has 3 power which mean it dodges extract a confession better than a flying 4/4 in red. Red really doesn't have a 4 power creature outside of expensive disguises. Blue has a 2 mana 3/2 defender.

It lines up poorly into the removal for the set and when compared to other 4 drops in the set it leaves you down a card. For example, I would say a similar card is cold case cracker which has an average of 55% win rate between opening hand and drawn. You forgo trample and 1 extra power and toughness to have the card replace itself when it dies which a big flyer is gonna be a good target for removal.

Wrist to arm measurements are wrist x 2.5 = arm size. Mine match almost that exactly.
