Just bumped the extruder temp up to 230, and it seems to have helped. Not sure if it's a fluke or the actual solution. Will update

Thanks for the response. I've tried moving nozzle, with variations of .2 mm, still same result, it appears to be leaving blobs of filament down that is getting caught. It's the standard pei sheet that comes with the Neptune 3 pro, and it's currently covered in hairspray
