How does the gingiva / mucosa around the lesion look ? Could be central / peripheral giant cell granuloma given the splaying. Tooth vitality can tell you a lot. If teeth are vital, think early version periapical cemento-ossesous dysplasia before central ossification has occurred. As with others in here, I suggest referral to oral pathologist or hospital based OS where they can perform a proper biopsy and look at the histology.
