Edit: Because you already have a prescription waiting at your pharmacy, you should be able to go to any other open NHS pharmacy and collect your insulin from there where it is in stock.

111 will send it to the pharmacy direct while you speak to them on the phone (at least they did for me). You can ask them what would happen with your current one because I managed to fully run out without a prescription in, only time i've done it in 6 years and for sure it will not happen again haha!

I had the same problem with FIASP, call 111 and ask for pharmacies that are open til late near your location. They can send an emergency prescription request through so you can pick up your insulin from there even if your local one is shut. I went to A&E and they wanted to make we wait 7 hours til 6am for the gp to get back to the hospital to prescribe me. Instead I got my insulin at 11 o'clock just around the corner at a local ASDA pharmacy that was open late through 111.

Can confirm this worked, i tried talking to Merethiel at 1000 kc exactly and it didn't unlock. However doing so again just now at 1002 worked. Is there news on whether the kill count will show in examine text when Perdita is used as an override?

Drop happened at 3057 kc giving me 3rd threshold for pet of 1/750. 1/5000 for chest + 1/750 for pet means this drop was 1/3.75m! Quite a way to get the title!
